Remote Support Service

As part of our commitment to providing the best support in the industry, we have implemented a Remote Help Desk Support system. This system enables a King Office Service Technician to view the screen of your system running Ultra VNC communication software. The Tech can even take control of your mouse pointer and "Show You" how to make a change or simply better understand what you are experiencing. In order to utilize the Remote Help Desk system you must be able to connect your Computer to the internet. If you need assistance in connecting to a wireless internet connection, please give us a call at 419-522-4001.

Follow these easy steps to initiate a Remote Help Desk Support session:

1. Your Computer must be connected to the internet. If you are not currently connected, please connect your computer to the internet now.

2. Call KOSI Tech Support at 419-522-4001 and one of our Support Staff will assign you am "Access Code". You will be required to enter your name, and we ask that you enter your email address and telephone number in the appropriate boxes (not required)

3. When instructed to do so, click the following link to establish the connection:
